Ticket 14 came with new issue of "Passive interface" problem. Here Clients 1 & 2 in this ticket cann't receive IP addresses from DHCP Server because DSW1 cannot reach to 4.4.4.4 (an loopback interface on R4) because of the “passive-interface default” command.
On router R4 enter "no passive interface" for interfaces connected to DSW1 under EIGRP process then ping for loopback(of R4) 4.4.4.4 from ASW1.
